Here, I am the station master! But above all, I supply the restaurant with products from our farm: milk, butter, cream, yogurt, biscuits… When I come to the crêperie to cover for someone or to cook for an event, I feel right at home. Unfortunately, my cows don’t leave me enough free time to reconnect with our team at the station.
